Better value elsewhere

This property and management has really gone downhill in the last 2 years, despite a complex renovation. The office must be desperate to fill apartments as are neighbors are becoming increasingly low class. Parking is very tight, and the residents will have no problem taking your car port knowing the office will do nothing about it. A new and certainly troubling problem is that some of the new tenants seem to be able to house double and triple the occupancy more than the units were designed for. This highlights the parking problem and brings a real low rent Santa Ana/Anaheim quality to the property. You will have no trouble meeting your neighbors children as they frequently play unsupervised in the laundry rooms and in other common areas when not throwing landscape, balls and rocks at your automobile. One of my personal favorite memories was when we watched a seemingly mentally challenged boy playing handball against a BMW 318i. The ball shaped dents really brought a ghetto feel to the look of that once nice car. If you plan to move in with young women of any sort, they have a special treat to look forward to. Some of the residents have like to watch women exercise and will simply sit down and stare at you as you work out. If that sounds creepy, that is because it is. Figure on getting a gym card, ladies I could go on with the constant car accidents, roaming animals, cars blasting rap at 3am, drivers going 30 between speed bumps and dumpster divers, but this would become a novel if I were to list all of the exciting fun that awaits a new tenant. Just be advised that although the maintenance crew does their job, the leasing office could not be more inept. When not busy losing rent checks and finding Disc Jockeys to share a wall with you, they can be found ignoring your noise complaints and disregarding your requests. Pay the extra money to get an IAC managed property. IAC may be difficult with their uncomprehendible rules, but at least they do not look for prospective renters in front of Theo Lacy Correctional Jail. |
