Parking's ok, but not for parties. Within walking distance to 2 shopping plazas, 10 min from UCI and 2 blocks from IVC. Complex seems to group college students to one side and Families to the other. Might just be a coincidence though. It's not IAC, so it's cheaper and definitely less annoying.  Need to rent an apartment?
