I lived there for one year. This was the noisiest place I ever lived. I could hear my downstairs neighbor as well as the one next door. The walls are paper thin. I couldn't even hear my television when they played music. Cars drive through the parking lot with music blasting so loud my windows would shake. All in all it was a terrible experience.  Need to rent an apartment?
