Too pricey what it really is
Review Date: 12/22/2007 Reviewer: Anonymous
Lived here for a while. At first, it was really nice, a little pricey but nice. In the last couple of years the place really started to show it's age. The buildings seem to have been put together quickly, so there are all kinds of noises. You can hear other people's draining pipes in your bedroom really loud. Something is squicking in the buiding whenever wind blows, and the place is only 4-5 years old! I can't count the number of times the management team changed in the last 3-4 years. Parking is becoming a mess - the spots around the buidings are not assigned and they do not enforce parking stickers at all - so some people have even their business cars parked - and the management does not do anything about it. They also allow dogs of ANY size and there is nothing they can do about some people not cleaning up after their dogs. Overall, the place is ok, but since they are a little more expensive than everyone else around, I would not rent here again. The pool is marvelous though... |
