Apartment Review for The Village - Irvine, CA

The best.I've lived at the Village for three months now and have enjoyed it since the day I moved in. This is my third Irvine Company Apartment that I've lived at, the other three being San Marco, Rancho Alisal, and Woodbridge Willows. Due to the recent housing crisis, they've dropped their prices and I got a great deal for a 2 master bed 2 bath with approximately 1136 square feet in their Del Rey complex. Pros - The amenities are nice, the pool is super packed on the weekends, but on the weekdays it's relatively empty. They have a surplus of grills which is great because you don't have to clean up after yourself since their groundskeepers clean the grills every morning. I go to their Yoga class every Monday and Wednesday which is taught by professionals. The gym is great for a work out - The location is great, right next to 133/5/405 and walking distance to the Spectrum which is great for the nights I want to drink and not have to worry about driving. - The residents are all very friendly and nice - They have a Starbucks and a Market that sells some of the best bread I've ever had - Parking! There is plenty of it, especially for visitors. I throw small get togethers every weekend and at least one huge get together every month and have never had a guest have difficulty finding parking - Pet friendly (I have a small Shiba Inu that loves this place)
