Move here if you like-- thin walls, complaints not handled, noisy at all hours of the night. Unless you enjoy not sleeping I would not move here. Parking??What parking. Serrano does not patrol the parking lots to see if there are cars that do not belong. I know for a fact that there are residents that have 3 and 4 cars. How nice it is of Serrano to allow them to use the resident's parking spots for their own personal storage.  Need to rent an apartment?
