Apartment Review for Serrano - Irvine, CA

The Staff is awful. They seem soooo very helpful in the beginning and you'll feel like you're in heaven. Then you'll have your first problem and you'll see what they're really like. If you have noisy neighbors-too bad. We've had neihbors with a barking dog after 11 pm for over a year that has never been stopped. They just don't care. Building maintenence isn't kept up great. Especially not for the ridiculous amount that they charge to live here. Parking is out of control on the weekends-which was promised to be "patrolled." There is NO PATROL no matter what anyone tells you. Do yourself a favor and run far away from the Irvine Company!
