Apartment Review for Serrano - Irvine, CA

These folks litterally stole 600 from my deposit. I expected to pay for the rug cleaning (although there was not anything more than wear and tear and it did not need replacing) and to clean the unit. I could understand taking 200- but they basically used this as an excuse to buy a whole new rug at my expense. I even had their maintenance guy come in to give me an estimate (which at the time he estimated 200). Dishonest. I am STILL waiting 4 weeks later to get the tiny amount of my deposit that they claim they will send back.
