Apartment Review for Serrano Apartment Homes - Irvine, CA

My wife and i have lived here for 6 months now and the apartment is nice. We have a comfy 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Very professional adult community with very few students...so it makes it nice.

But you can hear people from upstairs and downstairs. Especially when they are doing their laundry or using their dish washer. Like right now...I hear the washer & dryers running upstiars. I can hear when people are walking or jumping upstairs. The walls creek when from the hot water pipes I think. The bedroom blinds that are installed in the bedrooms are white. Even though they are closed, the blinds leave significant space in between the blades that the light gets in...so even on those days you want to sleep in, you're awakened by the light. I've requested them fixed, but they come in and say they are fixed. Another insane thing is the water/sewer bill. For 2 people we pay almost $25/month. I used to live in Villa Sienna (another Irvine Company apartment) and we paid less than $10/month.
