Apartment Review for Serrano Apartment Homes - Irvine, CA

Serrano is new (clean) and very safe, however, you are going to pay for it. The management is curteous and responsive. The windows are double insulated, which keeps outside noise to a minimum, however, the walls and floors are not well insulated at all. Parking (as in CA) is minimal, but there are garages (a must!). I think the advantage here is the fact that there is zero crime, and it is right by the 5, however, there are a lot of units here, so it can feel slightly calustrophobic at times - like CA ;)
