Nice place to live but overpriced for what it is..

I ve lived here a few months and its a nice place but a bit overpriced for what it is. Very clean and well managed property. The units have the noisiest dishwashers I have ever heard in my life and I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around in their apartment. Great pool and BBQ area.  Need to rent an apartment?
