Apartment Review for Santa Rosa Apartments - Irvine, CA

While the apt community at Santa Rosa is beautiful, and the apts are generally well maintained and offer an abundance of useful facilities, especially for children.. be prepared to pay an arm and a leg at the time of departure. On top of losing a $2000 deposit, which was expected, I was asked to pay an additional $2000+ for every imaginary charge you can think of, for an apt that didn't have any stains or holes or any signs of damage, obvious or other wise. While i enjoyed living there, leaving Santa Rosa was such a headache that it made the living experience quite a negative experience. It honestly wasn't worth it.
