Apartment Review for Santa Rosa Apartments - Irvine, CA

This is the worst management I have ever seen. They are out there to take your money. They chanrged $300 extra from me and never returned back. Since the management staff was changing everyday, I had to explain my problem all over again to new staff and then go through the same process all over again. At the end, I decided to forfeit the money then going through all these hassles. The staff to so untrained, then dont even know how to use computers or do a simple calculation. Hate this place!!! Take my advice and never rent a apartment here. You will regret it.
