Apartment Review for Santa Rosa Apartments - Irvine, CA

When I first moved here in 2001, it was a challenge for many folks to be "approved", this kept alot of "Mess" out of Santa Rosa. I recently moved back here earlier this year and found that this wa no longer true.

If you have a 2 car family, beware as one of your cars will be parked in Tustin...parking is horrible! The college groups are loud, obnoxious and hold parties into the early morning hours (even on weekdays). The scent of marijuana flows often and you can hardly ever leave your windows open (unless you want the contact high, I guess). The skateboarders will place their skate contraptions (ramps and rails) in the middle of the road, and don't expect them to move for you...as you are interrupting their skate time. I've had a new car 6 hours before one of them kicked a board out from under them and right into the car. 4 months later and nothing has yet to be done about it. I had a skateboarder run right over my 2 year old daughter, injuring her leg badly...nothing.

If you imagine a nice Irvine community...this is not it...just another failing IAC project.
