Otherwise you will go insane as you are constantly dodging kids to get to your apartment. Twice I had kids hit my car with a ball also. I thought I got a good price, but I would rather have paid a little more and had a community that wasn't all kids. P.S. There is never any parking for guests in my area.  Need to rent an apartment?
