Apartment Review for Santa Clara - Irvine, CA

I used to pay a little less living at another IAC Community but the difference with Santa Clara is totally night and day. The office staff is very helpful, some times they move their people around but they always get someone nicer than the last. I've just signed another lease renewal, Chris the manager has a close watch on what goes on at Santa Clara, he seems to have everything under control. Also, the residents here are really nice, you can always find a friend while out walking your dog. If you don't have pet, you will still enjoy walking around all the beautifully landscaped pathways.
