Want your money refunded forget it. They will keep your $$ to pay for new carpet, and paint. Maybe a class action, and going to the newspaper could help. Parking sucks, and they tow all the time. They don't listen to anything you have to say. Even when the car had been moved cost $180.00 to get out of impound. After 72 hours not moved they will tow,so if you go on a trip even with a permit your going to come home to a car that's gone!Even called the police. I read these same reviews, and thought it won't happen to us, well it did.
