Apartment Review for San Leon Villa Apartments - Irvine, CA

the staff is extremely incompetent, they do not understand what they are saying. for example in my situation, we asked for a thirty day notice paper to sign, the staff gave us the wrong paper work and thus we had to pay 350 dollars because of THEIR mistake! also, parking is horrible. they do no enforce it and thus you have no place to park. the apartments may seem a good price but you get screwed over with charges. the staff is extremely rude and incompetent!
