Apartment Review for Quail Madow - Irvine, CA

When I moved to Quail Meadow I was very afraid of the stiff neighbors I would end up with. Turns out that it isn't so bad. The people have character. Down the hall I have some craigslist's escorts. Also, there is some college kid living in the garage near me. Sometimes he throws parties. It is very convenient living here - 2 pools and a workout room. The grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants are all within walking distance. I even have a nice view of the houses on top of the hill. I do have noisy neighbors but i don't mind since I'm noisy to. One complaint that I have is that the police hang out by the stop sign and bust people for rolling stops. Sure they bust the renters at the bottom of the hill, but they ignore the homeowners who are speeding on the main street. Also, the staff is rude and forget that the renters pay wages. It seems that they forgot about customer service as soon as I signed the lease.
