Apartment Review for Parkwood Apartments - Irvine, CA

I've lived at Parkwood for over five years, and moved once within the community. The maintenance and leasing office staff have been cooperative, communicative, and responsive. Though the units are not perfect--the walls are predictably thin and the porch wood is rotting--the community itself is well-kept, welcoming, and becoming. The parking is a problem if you have more than one vehicle, but I think that's true anywhere you go in Irvine.
