In summary after living here for 2 years, I've found that it takes multiple attempts to get things fixed by maintenance, the parking situation is bad after 6pm, and the staff is disorganized, disrespectful, unknowledgable, miscommunicate, untrained, and change frequently-though they sound friendly and helpful. Don't be decieved.  Need to rent an apartment?
