Apartment Review for Parkwest - Irvine, CA

Get this! They issue you a parking permit but do not replace it even if it's stolen! I got mine stolen but they would not replace the parking permit even though I offered to pay for the replacement. Floorplan is bigger than others but do realize you can hear the closet opening and closing of your neihgbor next door and downstairs/upstairs. Office people are NOT NICE. If you have one car, then you should be ok but if u have two cars, then forget about living here
