Apartment Review for Parkwest - Irvine, CA

there were rats and roaches in the apartment and outside of the apartment! i am a clean freak. i dont keep my apartment messy. i found 3 rat holes in the kitchen and rat poison bait has been chewed on over night. roaches were seen late at night around the trash can outside and found in kitchen and bathroom!!! its infested!! even the office told us they knew about it. at night you can walk around the complex and see the rats crawling on the side of the wall. Rats has claws and they can crawl on the side of the stucco. i moved out because of the rats and roaches!!! also neighbor below us are always partying! you cant sleep or study! security sucks! they just want to tow cars away. but they dont care about the drug deals on the street. its horrible place to live here. there will be NOO parking if you have more than one car. NOO PARKING
