Apartment Review for Parkwest - Irvine, CA

I lived there about a year and a half ago and I STILL tell friends what a crappy experience it was. Not only was there absolutely no parking after about 6 pm in the lots or on the street, the noise was horrible kids outside screaming at all hours, parents didn't seem to care, the neighbor kids left their toys all over our doorway and we got the notices t clean it up or get busted by management. There were spiders everywhere, annoying asshole college kids (and i say this because I was in college at the time and actually went to class and NEEDED SLEEP) outside at 5 am throwing a frisbee against the wall! Seriously! The worst part was, there was a MURDER there. Some drug dealer guy got shot on the streets and the cops had to come scare the shit out of the rest of us telling us to stay inside and lock our doors. It's no wonder everyone refers to it as the "Ghetto of Irvine", it's horrible.
