Apartment Review for Parkwest - Irvine, CA

We are NOT students and we still got horrible treatment from the front office. They are incompetent and rude and even made costly mistakes like charging our electronic rent debit TWICE IN ONE MONTH and refusing to resolve it until I went to Irvine Company's corporate offices. I have lived in apartments and condos for the past 10 years and I've never had such a miserable experience as living in Park West. The noise is unbearable. Never live on the first floor if you want to sleep.
