Apartment Review for Parkwest - Irvine, CA

This is by far the worst apartment experience I've had. The two most essential items for living: quiet place to sleep and good plumbing. Both are lacking in this place. College kids are loud so that is understandable, but the plumbing is just terrible. Water pressure in my shower is less than my faucet, meaning I get more water out of my bathroom sink than the shower. To add on top of that, water temperature fluctuates wildly from scolding hot to freezing cold. Submitted work orders, and while seeing maintenance every day driving around on their carts, seems like that's all they know how to do.
