Apartment Review for Parkwest - Irvine, CA

My apartment looked great (new carpet, fresh paint, new appliances) when we moved in. Every time I have to call maintenance, they always come within 24 hours to fix the problem. And it's pretty spacious and a decent price for Irvine. The only downside - and it's a big one - is the parking. This place is okay if you only have two cars for your apartment and don't ever plan to have guests over - but don't expect to find street parking EVER, and the tow trucks are ubiquitous.
