Apartment Review for Parkwest - Irvine, CA

Forget the other reviews here. Our unit is nice, clean, spacious. We reported an ant infestation, guy came and conquered the next day. Maintenance ALWAYS prompt. Parking is limited IF you have three cars or visitors. Just have to work the system properly when visitors come, between street and parking pass. If you want absolute quiet, don't live in an apartment, move to the country. You have neighbors. Live with them. Rental increases in So. California each year? Yes. Property values soaring at 20+% each year? Go figure. This place was and is still the best buy for the money. Close to EVERYTHING. I dare you find a better location anywhere! Nice pools and hot tubs, lots of parks, schools, shopping, etc., etc. ALL within walking distance. If you have to pay a lot for an apt., we recommend do it here.
