Apartment Review for Parkwest - Irvine, CA

After spending a few years there, the rent continued to rise. No reward at all for sticking around. Parking is lousy and they don't do a thing about it. The employees in the office are incredibly rude. Each time I've gone in there, they act like they have something better to do than talk to residents. We had a spider problem and one of my roommates actually found a BLACK WIDOW in his room! Woman in the office tried to explain that as a fact of life and blew me off. Nothing they could do about it!
