Parking is HORRIBLE. The management is only nice to you if you haven't rented yet or if you're not a student. 1st floor always swarmed with ants when it rains. Spiders everywhere. Pest control does not control pests. Parties every other week (pro & con). Thin walls and cielings. Nicknamed  Need to rent an apartment?
