Apartment Review for Las Palmas - Irvine, CA

I have stayed at this apartment complex for 2 years, out of lazyness, I have wanted to move out for some time but haven't because convenience of location. The complex tells you they are going to check your garage every so often so you don't leave anything in there and use it as storage, only your car should be there they say-- except they have a shelf built in the garage for storage?????? Safety is joke since the gate is broken soo often. I see the maintenance people in the golf cart driving around holding up traffic in the apartments, sometimes smoking cigarettes while driving the golf cart, what is that??? Anyways I am finally leaving soon and will not speak very highly of this place. I even went through a venting session with another neighbor thats been living here for some time.
