Apartment Review for Las Palmas - Irvine, CA

I was in the parking lot loading some bags into my car when a guy showed up from the corner and ran off with my laptop bag. A car pulled up, the guy jumped in, and they drove off.

While filing the police report, I called the apartment security company. It's been two hours, and after 3 phone calls, I still haven't heard back from the management team. The security company was nice enough to tell me that the manager should be able to look up the residents' license plate number, but what good is the information if they don't return my calls??
