Apartment Review for Las Palmas - Irvine, CA

After leaving my last apt run by Irvine Co, I should have learned my lesson. Same as before useless office management, poor problem solving. The only timely response you would get is if the rent is late. Rules are followed if it serves the staff, otherwise, they look away(i.e. animals left on the balcony 24/7 for weeks at a time, loud neighbors and apparently they forgot to tell people moving in that their complaints wont get answered if you call the after hour exchange. 3x after the exchange person told me each time someone would be calling me back. Managements response, " thats an exchange company, I dont know why they said that" with no other explanation.
