Apartment Review for Heritage Point - Irvine, CA

Beware: this place uses deceiving renting practices; they will do/say or not say anything to fulfill their renting quota. We were shown what we later discovered an "upgraded unit", but when the move in day came given an old, dumpy unit without a fridge or mirrored closets. For a fortune you are going to spend on rent here, this place doesn't even have central a/c!!! Only one static unit in the living room. No insulation either - you will hear every step your upstairs neighbors will take. In laundromat, few units are always broken and management keeps rising the cost to wash/dry. For $1700 - this is NOT a luxury living!!! Rent elsewhere!
