Apartment Review for Heritage Point - Irvine, CA

I read some of these reviews, but didn't believe it. When I came to look at the apartment, it looked nice, quiet, and seemed to be plenty of parking...WRONG! Paper thin walls and ceiling, crappy wall AC unit, crappy wall heater(loud), more kids running around than at disneyland, car alarms always going off, loud train, loud freeway, the units are old(1978), no extra parking after 4pm, people living in the garages, tweakers working on cars late at night, people mess with your laundry, maintenance dumps old appliances in dumpsters(that WE pay for), families w/ children in diapers bathing in the jacuzzi, non tenants using pool(all summer long), children in the clubhouse(unsupervised) daily, children using gym equipment (unsupervised) causing damage to machines, children skateboarding, biking, riding scooters, etc. all through the complex and parking area (running into/scratching cars), and gangs of young kids throwing rocks, breaking lights, and filling the communal BBQs with propane and blowing them up. Whenever I complain to management about these problems, they never do anything about it. Stay away!! This place is waaaaay too expensive, at $1425 for a 1 bedroom (about 600sq ft), it's a huge ripoff.
