Apartment Review for Heritage Point - Irvine, CA

I've been here for little over 8 or 9 years and things have just gotten worse and worse. First off, parking here is ridiculous. You come home a little 6pm and you WILL NOT find parking. As a college student you tend to stay out late studying or partying or whatever it is you do as a student, but because of parking i hate going out to hang out and did i mention that they tow like crazy here also? Also, the management here is poor and they could care less about the residents here. Just this morning i was taking a shower and they turned the water valve off. i had soap all over me and work to get to in an hour. Without any notice or warning, they shut the water off ASSUMING that people aren't showering at this time of hour, which is around noon. Getting something fixed also takes forever. I called to get something fixed and i had to keep following up on them to see when they were going to come in. OVerall, Heritage Point doesn't care much about the residents here and parking is the biggest draw back to coming to this apartment. I'd suggest this place as the last choice for Irvine.
