As for Heritage Point, don't take anyone's word for anything. You must get everything in writing. Parking is terrible. Maintenance comes when they get to it. The management staff turns over regularly. I have even had ridiculous arguments over items clearly stated in the lease...their lease, the one they insist on being used.
