Apartment Review for Heritage Point - Irvine, CA

I have been a resident here for over 5 years, and in response to all the complaints about towing.... Parking is finally getting better here... Since the complex started enforcing parking I can actually find a spot to park near my apartment at night! As long as you follow the parking rules you will have no issues with the towing company... So take it from a long term resident, the parking is finally not so bad! The management has gotten better too... The maintenance is slow to respond sometimes.. But overall the property is getting better.
