Topa is the company which runs Harvard Manor. Stephanie Silvia is the director who is a raciest. She hates people of other religions and discriminates with them. Maria Chavez who is the supervisor doesn't care about anything she only cares about the money no matter how much you complain to her. She and Juan always speak in Spanish. Maria and Juan are related in stealing from the TOPA company. Juan is the only handyman in Harvard Manor. He takes money and gifts from the tenants whenever he has to repair something and also he is stealing from the company by selling refrigerators, ovens etc. He makes the tenants wait 3-4 days without refrigerators or ovens by saying that he ordered a new one but instead he sells the new one and brings the old and dirty refrigerator from some other apartment to the poor tenants. To their newest collection now they added Tanya Zheleznyak as the manager who lacks the qualities of a manager. She has all the qualities of hobo. She doesn't have any manners. She doesn't listen to you. Whenever tenants go to her with a problem instead of solving it she laughs and makes fun of them. She is always telling people that she is from Russia. We are American citizens and she is showing us off that she is from Russia.She has given 4 bedroom apartment to her Russian relatives who were not even in the waiting list. Those people who waited for 5-6 years were indiscriminately rejected.
