Apartment Review for Harvard Manor Apartments - Irvine, CA

The new manager Tanya made new rules about parking that cars without permit parked will be towed away. But the same weekend when she distributed the notices to the resident she herself had a party in her apartment all her guest parked the cars at tenants parking and there was no parking for poor residents. She was playing loud music until 2-3 am. All residents who lives near her apartment were not able to sleep whole night. She makes rules only for tenants living there and herself doesn't follow the rules. Every night she is drunk and talks loud which disturbs the neighbors. When someone goes to the office with having maintenance problems she yells at them and ask them to get out of the office immediately.
