Apartment Review for Estancia - Irvine, CA

The only issue here is parking near any apts near the side gate off Central Park. There is no available parking in this area, there is more on the opposite end. In this area the tenants have bad habits of parking in fire zones. They also park very large vehicles and often block the garages. Management does not restrict for non-tenant cars. Some tenants have 4 vehicles, but since management does not restrict by parking stickers, anyone can park in open spaces. Their leasing rates are rising steeply for no valid reason at this complex, with the parking issue, it is not worth the cost.
