Apartment Review for Cornell - Irvine, CA

Parking was horrible at this apartment. If you were not in your assigned spot the tow truck drivers would warn the apartment managers and they would allow them to tow the car even though they had license plate numbers of every resident on record. Also I got termites at this apartment & had a major ant problem in the kitchen. The apartment was also located next to this REALLY loud restaurant & my neighbors listen to their music extremley loud at all hours of the day. Also these apartments are expensive and their are no options to have your own washer and dryer in your apartment or to have a garage. With the price you have to pay garage parking should be a must! It was very convientley located to alot of things but this apartment definatley did not feel like home. Also management was VERY strict I need a week extension for my rent and they would not at all give me that extension.
