Apartment Review for Charter Apartments - Irvine, CA

This apartment complex has got to be run by the most clueless people in the industry. They have their landscaping done at 8AM three times a week. I don't know anyone would assume that EVERYBODY is awake at 8am, this town is full of college students that ARE NOT on the typical 8-hour work schedule. Also, what if someone works nights and is just trying to get to bed at 8AM? The landscaping is not over in a mere 20 minutes either, it takes about an hour and somehow ALL takes place outside your window. I was once up for over an hour while the guy stood outside my window grinding against the concrete edge of the sidewalk with an edger that had steel blades. Is this supposed to be some form of torture? Is there a clause about sleep deprivation in the lease? HOW STUPID CAN THESE PEOPLE BE???? If you move into this complex and do not get up before 8AM, prepare to be annoyed to DEATH as there will be a weed wacker RIGHT OUTSIDE your window to wake you up THREE times a week.
