Apartment Review for Anacapa - Irvine, CA

I am a newer resident and so far am very pleased. The property is very attractive and built to condo specs. This does mean they will eventually convert to condo's but they are required to wait somewhere between 5-7 years and it is only two years old so that is some time away. There is always parking, and of course everyone has a garage, which is suprisingly large. I love the floorplans that aren't typical apartment floorplans. It is pretty quiet, I am on the top floor. Worst is that I sometimes hear some noise when my neighbor under me blasts his surround sound. The only complaint I could even make is that my dishwasher is ridiculously loud...I mean stupid loud. Louder than a disel truck driving up a hill. I cannot believe how loud this thing is! So really no complaints. I am in a dog unit and there are other dogs in my building but I do not hear them that much, just occasionally when their owner comes home and they give the mandatory bark greeting. I worry my dog is making more noise than theirs! What is great though is that there are dog buildings so if you are not into that, you are not in that building. My place backs to the trails and toll road. I was home sick today and during rush hour you can def. hear cars, but I am driving during rush hour so not a huge deal. Keeping the windows closed solves the problem. I have had two simple maintanence requests which were handled in mere hours. I recommend it to anyone.
