Apartment Review for Anacapa - Irvine, CA

I have lived in Anacapa for almost 2 years and they have been nothing but wonderful! The complex is extremly clean. There is never trash, cigarette butts, etc lying around. The tenants for the most part are extremly friendly and look out for one another. Once I left my garage door open and a neighbor noticed and told the front office and they came and closed it for me. I didn't even find out about it until a week or so later when I ran into my neighbor (not that I was worried about anything getting stolen as it is very safe to live here)! Parking is occasionally a problem. There is always parking somewhere in the complex, but some apartment locations have less parking nearby than others. The office staff is INCREDIBLY wonderful and friendly. They know me when I walk in the door. My old roommate would always stop by the office for coffee in the morning because he enjoyed their company so much as they were always very friendly. They were very flexible when I moved from a two bedroom to a one bedroom. They have also been very flexible with extending my lease for shorter than 12 months, but allowing me to pay the 12 month rate. They are always willing to work with me no matter what the situation. I have lived in two different apartments in this complex and it has always been VERY quiet! We have some new neighbors that we heard fighting occasionally, but only when we were outside. From the inside of our apartment we can't hear a thing! The office must have said something though because we haven't heard them in months and I know they still live there! This apartment complex won an award last year for the best complex in Orange County and trust me! They deserved it! The Manager is wonderful. He is so helpful. Any maintenance that I needed (which was twice in two years) was completed within 2 hours of my request. Wonderful! I would recommend this place to everyone I know! It is a bit pricey, but not any more than any other apartment complex in Irvine.
