Apartment Review for Anacapa - Irvine, CA

I've lived in other Irvine Apartment Communities before and although this was the prettiest one, the rent was way too high (sorry but I can't take granite countertops with me so what's the point of having them?). Plus, when I moved out, the staff acted all nice and friendly but ultimately they were completely useless and rude. The overcharged me for normal wear-and-tear of the apartment (trust me, it was as clean as can be). It's THEIR job to make the apartment nice for the next tenant--NOT MINE. I left it in almost immaculate condition as I've always left my apartments in and yet this time I got charged. Trust me on this, don't go there. You're better off renting a condo from someone and having the peace and quiet you pay for rather than renting from one of these douchebags. P.S. The walls are so thin you can hear full conversations (definitely not fun when your neighbors are screaming at each other at 2 in the morning). If you complain, the leasing staff will simply tell you to call the cops next time. Bastards.
