Apartment Review for Alta Court - Irvine, CA

Here are lists of my comments and complaints. A. 12 months lease became 13 months. Was not explained at the signing of the contract. B. Lots of imperfect showing that the apartment was on a rush for complete so people can move in. C. Renting price is WAY too high. D. Lots of ants, loud noise, if you are on the first floor, every after rain, there are lots of worm coming on your backyard and it really smelled disgusting. Requested for someone to clean it or chemical to prevent the creatures from coming out, they said that there is nothing they can do about it. F. As everyone knows, the Property Manager is rude, unfriendly, hard to communite, and not very reasonable. I suggested that the owner needs to find and improve the management style, otherwise no one will like to live here. G. The entertainment room was promised to be done early October of 2008, and it still have not been completed a year later.....STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION. H. I like to over emphasize that the apartment does looks gorgious from the outside, but what lies beneath is full of unfinished business. What I mean is that, holds, cracks, seams, chips, stains, and overall not very cleans. I. My rent was supposed to be $1984, but later was told that it was $1985. I showed them the paper but they did not care. J. And so on. My suggestions for those who are wondering about Alta Court, I would like suggest that you should look at other community. This one, in my opinion, I will not recommended anyone. Poor management and nasty place to be in. As I can see, more people are moving out rather than moving in here. Think about it before you decide. If you decide to live here, ensure that you ask all the necessary questions, espeically your 12 months lease.
