Apartment Review for Alta Court - Irvine, CA

At first sight, this place is gorgeous. Newly opened in 2008. Lovely fixtures and decor. But watch out for the lies. The leasing staff will bold-face tell you that you will not be able to hear the construction going on all around you. This is simply not true. It will start up at 6:30 am, every weekday. There is also a "Test America" facility off to one side, which tosses hundreds of glass bottles, shattering them, into it's dumpster beneath our window repeatedly. The first batch starts at about 6:30am. A huge amount of dust is kicked up by construction- my athsma problems are at an incredible all time high. The price of this place makes it very tempting... just be sure you know what you're in for.
