Apartment Review for Serrano - Irvine, CA

The office staff is rude, the people living here are mean, and the models they show are not the same as the actual apartments. I had to move in with a co-signer and they forgot to mention, until the day I moved in, that we needed to come in with more money. For the 3 years we have been living here we have been ripped off on our electric bill and anytime you bring up an issue they will fight and deny everything. In the two bedroom apartments on the third floor the air conditioning is built incorrectly which causes your electic bill to sky rocket. What is so annoying, is the apartment knows about it, but they will deny it and try to fix it, but not really make an effort. Like I said before, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!! THIS ONE OF THE WORST PLACES IN IRVINE TO LIVE AND WITH THE HORRIBLE PRICES AND RUDE STAFF, IT'S NOT WORTH IT. GOOD LUCK.
