| We've lived at Santa Maria since April 2002 and enjoy it very much.We moved here because of the relatively roomy 3 bedroom floorplan and the benefit of a direct access 2 car garage.Also, a washer/dryer and refrigerator are included with the rental.Our four children love being here compared to the last apartment complex we lived at.There are lots of children of all ages and races.It's fun seeing them all play together on their bicyles, scooters, rollerblades or whatever.Because of the secured access and speed bumps, it is relatively safe for kids, though you have to remind them to watch for cars as they cross from one building to another.The afternoon activities at the clubhouse are fun for them as well and give parents a temporary break three days a week. The only complaint about living here is that the carpets are not very stain resistant (with 4 kids it makes a difference) so investing in a carpet shampooer is a must.Also, the parking over here can be a little tight at times, though they recently added parking spaces to address the problem. |
